What Do You Know in Your Heart Is True for You?

How Is the Current Crisis Opening You to Truth?

Well here we are in the middle of a global crisis with a worldwide pandemic.  Who knew last month when I posted the topic, “How do you stop imagined fears?” that one month later we would be dealing with, not imagined fears, but a real life-threatening situation!

Because I believe every life challenge offers the opportunity to learn deeper truths about ourselves, I feel this imposed isolation and self-distancing is no different.  This is an opportunity for reflection, raising self-awareness, and growing in self-understanding to fully embrace our own truth.

“Our personal journey toward true wisdom is any path that connects us with what we know in our heart is true.  By listening to our intuitive, instinctual, embodied wisdom, we align our heartbeat with the Divine Pulse and move toward wholeness and well-being.” p 172. *

Looking at this upheaval in our lives as a path to connect us with what we know in our hearts is true, what surfaces for you in response to the questions below?

Questions for Circle Discussion:

  1. What has been the worst part of this experience for you?  What are you learning about yourself through this?
  2. What has been the best part of this experience for you?  What are you learning about yourself through this?
  3. Spring is the rebirth of earth, what have you noticed is emerging, or re-birthing, in you?

To get the most from your Circle gathering, read the Circle Guidelines.
